Well today seems fitting to bring an update to our page. A PA just
was trying to make a delivery at our old address in Burbank, oops, so time to get everyone updated.

The building in Burbank was purchased so we were forced to move in October 2015. We relocated to Toluca Lake. Pacific Title is conveniently located near the 134 and 101 freeways, nestled in between Universal and Warner Bros Studios. We still have the nice walk to shops and restaurants like we enjoyed in Burbank.

The holidays were quickly upon us while we had to build out a data center, screening room and update our artists work area. The screening room was a painful build out, but well worth it as we now have that most definite “boutique” feel.

And as it always is, “build it and they will come” proved our blessing. We have been busy on many projects, motion graphics, title and vfx work, giving us a nice balance to the work load.

We are just 3 years away from our 100 year anniversary, 97 is looking good on Pacific Title, never looked better! Give us a call at 818-985-5400 when you are in the neighborhood and we'll show you around.
