In Cased You Missed It: All eyes are on Greg Kading! Greg is the former lead detective whose team solved the murders of 2PAC and The Notorious B.I.G.

In 2011, after retiring from the force, Greg wrote and self-published the book Murder Rap: The Untold Story of the Biggie Smalls & Tupac Shakur Murder Investigations.

The goal of the book was to inform the public with never-before-released information, including the identities of the gunman in both murders.

Greg’s name is once again in the headlines now that there has been an arrest in the 27-year-old cold case of the murder of 2 Pac.

Greg has generously agreed to give our audience some of his time to talk about his first-hand experience on the cases as well as answering questions and giving his personal opinions on the case as it stands today.

I can’t thank you enough for checking out the debut episode of the new videocast series, All Eyes On Me. This is the brand’s first venture into the videocast space and that also means it’s our first venture into the video editing space.

There was a lot of time spent researching and show prepping for the episode and a number of sleepless days and nights spent editing.

At the end of the day, I’m very happy with the finished product. Since the initial announcement of the videocast series, I have made some changes behind the scenes. The video quality has vastly improved and if you compare the first few updates to the first episode, you’ll see a day and night difference.
I have also upgraded the audio quality. This is probably something not a lot of people will notice because we already had good audio, but the overall quality is now better.

Now, with all that said, there were some small glitches with the new software. Those issues have been addressed and steps put into place to ensure we are able to produce the best quality product that we can.

I have received a number of requests asking if we can release a podcast version of the All Eyes On Me series. It wasn’t something I was originally planning on doing, but moving forward, 48-hours after a new All Eyes On Me videocast is released, a podcast version will be made available. You can pre-subscribe to the series right now on all podcast platforms. You can find those direct links at joshkellyproject.com Episode 1 will drop on Friday!

Just a quick check in. I really appreciate everyone who has listened to the debut edition of the new podcast series, This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things. Especially since we gave little to no warning the series was coming. I’m excited to have this new platform to share the stories that don’t belong on A Place To Start.
Speaking of A Place To Start, the addition of This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things is just that, an addition. It’s not replacing A Place To Start nor will it affect any future recordings, releases, etc. Each series has its own identity and is its own entity.
Personally, I’m still in a fight. I might have been knocked down, but I haven’t been knocked out. The last 7 days I have experienced some extreme highs and in comparison, some extreme lows. I will unpack what that looks like on a future episode of A Place To Start. It’s a constant battle and I’m in wartimes.
