Home made vanilla cup cake

Ingredients
1. Butter - 1/4 cup
2. Flour - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 3/4 cup
4. Milk - 1/2 cup
5. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Oil - 1/2 tablespoon
7. Vanilla essence - 2 teaspoon
8. Salt ( a pinch)
9. Eggs - 2

Methods
1. I a bowl sieve the flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk it well and set it aside
Note: preheat your over for 180°

2. Warm up the butter and milk until the butter is melted. Note: immediately the butter is melted bring it down.

3. In another bowl break in your eggs. Beat it on a very well on a highest level. Add in the sugar and beat it again until it doubles it size

4. Add the flour mixtur and mix

5. Add vanilla essence and oil

6. Add in the milk and butter mixture and Whisk.

7. Scoop the batter into your muffin pan.
Note: Put 3 tablespoons of batter in each of the muffins. Bake for 20mins.

Treat yourself to a better happiness.

Homemade cherry vanilla ice cream

1. Whole milk - 1 cup
2. Heavy cream - 2 cups
3. Fresh or frozen cherries - 2 cups
4..Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
5.Granulated sugar - 1 cup
6. Salt (optional)

1. Combine the cherries and sugar together in a saucepan. Place it on a medium heat.
Stir it occasionally until the cherries brings out their juice and the sugar desolves.

2. Remove from the heat. Allow it to cool then, transfer into a blender and blend it ontill it's smooth.

3. In another saucepan, add pure in the heavy cream, whole milk, salt and vanilla extract. Place it on a lower heat ontill it starts to simmer. Remove from the heat.

4. Gradually whisk the cherry mixture into the cream mixture. Mix well until it is well combine.

5. Put it in a freezer over night, then you are good to go.

HOME MADE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

1. Sugar 1/4 cup

2. Heavy cream milk ( Powdered or liquid) 1cup

3. Whipping cream 1/4 cup

4. Flavour (vanilla ) 1 teaspoon

5. Food colouring

METHODS

1. Add the milk and sugar in a clean pot and boil till it becomes thicken.
Note: If you are using powdered milk. Make sure that you dissolve it with 1 cup of water.

2. Add the whipping cream in a bowl. Whisk it until it becomes stiff and thick.

3. Mix the boiled milk together with the whipping cream, and mix it very well.

4. Add the vanilla flavour and mix it very well

5. Add food colouring if you want, or you can leave it like that.
Note: If you want your ice cream to look like the one posted below. Divide the ice cream into two parts. Add food colouring in one and mix. Combine the two together and mix roughly.

6. Put it in a container and store in your freezer for 6 hours or over night.
