Update: Someone who goes by Honest Truther but won't give me his name informed me that Inmon hasn't been on the Fire department since the first of the year and that the fire department has bigger concerns than removing him from their list. I'd bet a buck they will find time soon! I'm curious if they've found time to write policies yet? I'd recommend one that states you can't be a ra**st, abuser or pe*****le!

What the paper forgot to mention is that this "Ridgway man" is on the Fire Department. What are the chances that no one knew what kind of monster they have on the department? No one heard anything?

Kind of like when the former co-captain was assaulting a child?

Does it help or hurt that Captain Chris Miller is Undersheriff Stroup's former brother in law?

What you say Captain MEND , are you going to keep this case under wraps too?

Jeffrey Michael Inmon is accused of ra**ng and then going to load a shot gun after being told the cops were called. She escaped and ran to a neighbors, thank god.

Please bear in mind that Jeff Wood was hand selected by Justin Perry Ouray County Sheriff who worked with him at the OPD. Justin also hand selected Tammy Stroup. Justin also has information about his dirty staff he keeps hidden, is cavalier about all the crimes I detailed for him and he and the BOCC have ignored all my complaints. They are in writing, lots of emails folks! Dereliction of duty-breach of duty abounds!!!

Shelly Kuhlman of the Ouray Sheriff's Office told me she couldn't report Jr. Mattivi and herself for writing false reports because "she has kids in college". She's still on the payroll and a man is in jail based on her report that he threatened to kill her....could we hear the recording of that?

I'm betting not.

Is it any wonder they are willing to violate my rights and block me from their page...chicken sh*ts...I see you and more importantly, I KNOW YOU.

Sometimes you have to promote your 'wins'. Sometimes it helps push you forward to do more.

A citizen did respond in the most surprising way, letter below. It's so rare to get kudos for the work I do.

As karma would have it, a couple years ago I stumbled upon a Ouray page that didn't have me blocked and one appeared- Ouray, Colorado. A flag came up that said this page didn't have an administrator, would I like to administer it? 😉

I have since changed the name to Ouray And Ridgway Colorado.

It had 1,500 members at the time and I quietly ran it for a year without too many people knowing I ran it and I grew it without even trying a tiny little bit. It made me wonder; why aren't any of the other ouray related pages growing over a few thousand or less?

My page now has over 50 thousand members, over twice as many as the most popular page that has me blocked and tax dollars pays for.

Controlling the narrative is 'their' specialty. I am the fly in the ointment.

Google search Ouray News Facebook and look where my page lands... #2 and #3...boom!

BOCC, Town of Ridgway, Colo., City of Ouray - Government Ouray County Sheriff, Ridgway Marshal's Office John Kissingford Jake Niece you keep forgetting the Travis Buck case in your letters, there was a guilty remember?

Your co-captian of the fire department had s*x with a 15 year old and got a class 1 misdemeanor and given 18 months deferred probation, allowed access to his victim by way of employing her and is now married and with child to her. I am the mother who reported the crime and spoke many times publicly, whose emails you've ignored regarding calling pe******ia love, listed victims names and been admonished for it, remember?

Remember, 's Heather Toth allowed my minor daughter's public post on Ouray County Community Concerns against my wishes and refused to take it down? She had decided what was best for my child and look what happened! Heather is also spouting off that the most recent alleged victim of gang r**e at the police chief's house didn't want to report it...almost like she might be encouraging r**es not be reported...? I shared my concerns with you and Connie Hunt and LEO...and you all prop her up?

Who has made it safe for pe*****les and ra**sts for how many decades? "Travis didn't abuse anyone, they are in love," John Clark quote about his co-captain having s*x with a 15 year old which would explain why he didn't care that his Ridgway Marshal's Office refused to uphold criminal and civil restraining orders. Of course, he hired also refused because and his buddy (trained by ) refused to take any complaints against Travis and judge allowed the perp to employee his victim while on probation...only in Colorado folks!

Has anyone else had the experience as a mother thinking Weehawken was going to be awesome but turned out to be a mean girls club? If you weren’t one of the PTA bi***es, your beautiful child doesn’t matter? It’s out of Ouray county so at least it’s consistent down there! Glad Montrose folks are bucking them a bit.

This includes Boebert the clown supporters of and where a whole mess of pe*****le, ra**sts and their protectors live.

I’ll bet the great big red white and blue pe*****le flag flying proudly for the local GOP are all going to vote for, love this term, fat Nixon. He is a ra**st, so it’s not a shock ALL of you would still support him.

I can’t blame it all on the Republicans because you do have that tiny little ponytail cowboy hat wearing liberal as a mayor who believes pe******ia is love and reporting parties are vicious. He leads the men ending the r**e culture fake advocacy group MEND. Collectively they have unsuccessfully tried to silence me.

This mother, me, who reported child s*xual assault against the co captain of the fire department of Ridgway. None of them mention that legal case in their letters to the editor, but seem to be hammering Scranton and Alaimo… why don’t they mention the Buck case? It was the only one that got a guilty! And I’m the only mother in 20 years to succeed in doing so!

Of course they all know that case ended with the perpetrator being allowed access to his victim while still on probation. Impregnated her and then married her and blew our family and my life to pieces. They may not support Trump, but they act like him. Does anyone recall anyone being outraged besides me? 

How about those names they keep hammering without mentioning Buck? How about all of the victims from the last child molester they tried to protect? Have any of these fake advocacy people reached out to any of those victims or secondary victims of those crimes dismissed by the corrupt judicial system that Kate Kissingford (VASA VAST) did not want me to call out publicly? 

Kate allowed Seth Ryan the stage and would give me 20 seconds to ask a question if I drove from Denver to their Sherbino presentation. This would be known as: controlling the narrative.

Those two fake advocacy groups have now morphed into with local politicians, her husband and fellow actor Heather Toth. Rumor is Seth Ryan may not have their support anymore. Isn’t it a shame that they did not allow me to warn the community?

They told me years ago that they did not need my help, did not want my help and that they would handle the problems in a way less offensive than my way. Looks like they’ve done an amazing job of somehow making an already disgusting, r**e culture WORSE. I warned them, they vilified me and what is happening NOW: r**es, in**st, child s*xual assault, and so many suicides we can’t count them all, it’s all on their hands 

Of course, I need to give a shout out to the local news source, the counties public record with a pay wall. Silencing me, a secondary victim is inhumane. What you have done to the newest r**e victims family is unconscionable. The fact that you have vilified reporting parties (plural) has also contributed to the vile r**e culture you helped feed with your liaison who has no legal right or credentials to speak to victims, especially minors. You wouldn’t print anything against Buck, but somehow found it beneficial to publish every detail of one of the current victims’ living nightmare. The liaison blames you and you blame the liaison. All of it is undeniable proof of what kind of journalists you are.

This is also the judge who thought it was wise to allow a victim of child s*xual assault to work for her perpetrator, while he was still on probation. Criminal, wife be**er, pe*****le protector.

Isn’t he part of the ? Part of that emergency services group who didn’t have a word to say when one of their own s*xually assaulted a minor. In fact, they helped shut me up.
