Mostly popular in Bihar, Sattu is a flour prepared by dry roasting grams, oftenly bengal gram.

This drink is quite easy to prepare.
-Take 2 tbsp sattu in 1/2 cup normal water, and mix well to ensure there are no lumps. Only after making a smooth paste, add cold water; according to the size of your glass.
-Add salt to taste. (Black salt would be better)
-Add 1/2 teaspoon roated cumin powder.
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
-Adding chopped onions and green chillies, and ice is optional.
- Some grated raw mango and crushed mint leaves, would also taste great.😋.

Kaimur Range (also spelt Kymore) is the eastern portion of the Vindhya Range, about 483 kilometres (300 mi) long, extending from around Katangi in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh to around Sasaram in Rohtas district of Bihar. It passes through the Rewa and Mirzapur divisions. The range never rises more than a few hundred metres above the surrounding plains and has a maximum width of around 80 km.
