Essence is indelible unlike the physique. Essence can bring love, light, peace or be an agent of chaos. Essence is the language our soul speaks. Essence is contagious - do the people in your life elevate you or do they need to exit.
Pretty, cute, handsome, gorgeous faces and bodies all change, deteriorate, get wrinkles. The physical is subject to age, disease & death. Essence, the soul, is endless.
My "gorgeousness, beauty, fantastic, badass ass" means nothings to me and is worthless. What has value to me is what is imperishable - peace, hope, compassion, laughter, gratitude, patience, understanding, kindness - love. Every one of us is a canvas and we leave a mark, a painting/impression on each other.
🤔I wonder what will you leave?
🤔I don't know about you, but I desire that my portrait on your canvas be a mark of indelible/imperishable essence.
The only way the physique becomes indelible is this - a painting.

💚✨Everyone of us is a warrior fighting internal beasts and demons. Personal growth happens as we become more ourselves rather than what we are told or conditioned to believe & become.
Trauma comes in all shapes and forms; everyone has it. Yet often, we go about hurting others by projecting our enemies (past hurts, trauma etc) onto them and leave others wounded. Then the cycle ♻️ of hurt people hurt people continues.
💚Is it possible that you can look at others and see, just as I have hurt they have hurt too?
✨In that place of humility, are you able to combat your enemies through humility?
💚✨Just as hurt people hurt people, healed people heal people. We can stop the cycle of hurt, but we have to be warriors via humility.
