Since it's Day and , the ghouls and goblins of Soapbox Films thought we'd resurrect some of our favorite horror movies. That's right, dear souls, we're not just felt and fur over here. We're also spooooky.

If you missed the opportunity to witness this dazzling and mesmerizing live stage show— the Muppets performed at the O2 Arena in London on July 13-14, 2018. This show reprised many of the same acts from the 2017 performance at the Hollywood Bowl, but adding a new local twist to some of the acts... like, adding a certain TimeLord we're all familiar with.
Oh, we're just monkeying around.... behind the scenes for the upcoming Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes!
Our creative, production and post teams swung into action for the creative content day and the cast roundtable for the film. We're going bananas — just waiting to show you!

"I started out as an intern at Soapbox back in 2012 and for some reason they decided to keep me! As Head Writer, I've gotten to write a Muppet musical, swing Captain America's shield, script jokes for my favorite Timelord and even sneak my way into a Disney+ episode.
When I’m not perpetrating puns, you can usually find me getting way too competitive at boardgames or improvising my way through D&D. I also love taking trips with my family, mixing new tiki drinks, and chowing down on pizza while cranking through new spec scripts."

Fun fact: we used to call the offices above two cozy coffee spots home before settling into our current studio in Burbank. Would you believe that the original Soapboxers nearly ventured into the coffee shop scene themselves?
We cherished our time above Priscilla's and the Coffee Bean. Coffee runs in our veins, and we owe a huge thanks to Priscilla's for fueling our early production days with their divine brews ☕️
