On this Giving Tuesday, I am reflecting on one of the reasons I love getting to do what I do for small businesses! Owning a business is more than just sales, and marketing. I believe we are called as business owners to give back.

I always emphasize the importance of exceptional customer service to my clients.

Today I went back to a (large, national chain) store that I hadn’t been to for six months and an employee greeted me by name. I was super impressed! Not only was it kind, but it showed that they paid attention to detail. I haven't stopped thinking about it all day.

"A total of $222,750 in marketing grants have been awarded to 134 local businesses by the Temple Daily Telegram in an effort to help them recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

The Telegram’s 'Reaching Out Local Marketing Grant' program was launched on April 26 with $202,000 in funds dedicated to help businesses promote as they reopen. The newspaper extended the grant awards total by 10 percent due to the demand."
