That there is a DSC Labs color chart. In scenarios when you are using cameras from different brands with different color sciences, calibration charts like these help editors see and correct color differences. On another note, cardboard makes for a good sunshade.

Throwback to some greenscreen work in 2021. This was an entirely remote production with camera feeds being sent over Zoom to the client. What you see on the monitor is an Exposure Assist tool that can be used to help see the uniformity of lighting on a greenscreen.

Camera test day! We’re looking at a Z Cam E2 S6, RED Dragon, Panasonic EVA-1, and the classic Sony PMW-F3 to see how well they match up to one another.

For the unacquainted, using mismatched cameras can lead to many headaches in post as all cameras interpret skin tones, highlights, and shadows in different ways.

One tool for matching these cameras is Cinematch, a sensor-level matching tool from . Others are the ACES transform and color space transform tools in DaVinci Resolve.

Would you be interested in having a music video created for one of your tracks, from ideation to production to release? Or do you know an artist who would be?

The creation of this video would be the music industry equivalent of a corporate "spec" ad, meaning I'm not aiming to make a profit or to charge for this. If there are production costs (i.e. "we want a flaming sasquatch jumping into a lake"), we'd figure out how to finance them together.

This would be a great learning experience for me and you'd get a great music video out of it.
