The UPF debate rages on as grain-based foods continue to face scrutiny from the White House's MAHA Commission.

“We’re in a very dynamic time and something that I’ve quite honestly never really seen before,” said Rasma Zvaners, vice president of government relations for the American Bakers Association (ABA), in a session titled “Ultra-Processed Foods: A Collaborative Dialogue,” held Sept. 15 at the expo in Las Vegas.
