I stand in solidarity with the people of Sierra Leone to condemn the injustice and abuse of power against young Mr. Aruna, formerly a staff member of “BORN TO BLOG.

As per allegation , “BORN TO BLOG” has affiliations with the current administration. This situation suggests that Mr. Aruna’s decision to exercise his freedom of speech and expression has led to his alleged incarceration.

We all can attest that Journalism is a profession that often requires individuals to confront significant risks, especially when reporting from conflict zones or areas with high levels of violence and instability. The question posed highlights the paradox of why someone would choose to work under such perilous conditions for seemingly minimal financial compensation, specifically four hundred Leones monthly( poverty, e nor get choice ,den una still wan take advantage pa the young man).

We are request for a timely investigation by the Justice Department regarding this unfortunate incident (the advance too buku).

She Was Killed And Cooked In A Pot By Her Boyfriend (Awareness )

26 Year Old Deka Abdinoor brought home her boyfriend, Hashim Dagane to her family in Nairobi for him to express his interest in marrying her but her parents said no; citing that he was not right for her and that there was something about him that didn’t feel right. Maybe because he was just a taxi Uber driver, or maybe because he looked a lot older and had been married to three wives in the past … or just maybe, her parents spirit did not agree with his.

Deka was discouraged from continuing a relationship with him. But she revolted and continued seeing Hashim in secret, in hotels and Airbnb. Unfortunately for her; on the 29th of October after she returned from a supermarket to meet him at the shortlet apartment, he attacked her, murdered her, cut her into pieces of meat, then cooked her remains in a pot before packing it in a plastic bag and dumping it at a cemetery along with her belongings and the things she bought from the supermarket.

It turned out that Hashim had already killed three women and week before Deka, and was already on police radar.
