Let’s talk about your photos! 📸
Whether you shoot with a camera or just your phone📱 you can do a couple of things to guarantee you have better content!
👉 Shoot in natural light. Yellow artificial lights are a buzz killer and engagement killer too!
👉 Edit all your photos in an editing app before you post them (no Instagram editing tools don’t count)

Yep if you haven’t noticed I changed my aesthetic, I didn’t delete all my old posts, I didn’t start a new account, I just changed mid feed. And reality is I’ll probably do it again in the future! If you’re not learning and adjusting to current trends then you’ll get left behind! So it’s ok if your past posts don’t match your future ones! The content and message you’re posting is waaaay more important then how your feed looks! So if you feel like your page needs a face lift, give it one!💫

It’s actually changing for all of us alllll the time, based on the huge amount of data it gains every minute of every day. The algorithm is powered by machine learning, which means that any new behavioral patterns or trends will be factored into how the algorithm works ⚙️

Basically you’ll barely notice, until you’re scratching your head wondering why your posts aren’t getting the same amount of likes and engagement as before. Here are a few tips to hack a learning machine that is always changing👇

👉 Tip #1: Spend More Time Posting Consistently To Instagram

When you post consistently good content to Instagram, you’ll not only improve your engagement but it’s a signal to the algorithm that you’re a quality account!

And the more frequently and consistently you post, the more likely your audience will see and engage with your content.

👉 Tip #2: How often to post

When it comes to how often you should post, your ideal posting frequency will depend on you or your business’ goals and the amount of time you can dedicate to your Instagram marketing efforts. For a steady growth, you need at leatleast 5 posts a week.

👉 Tip #3: When to post

Check your insights! By finding your personalized best time to post on Instagram, you can hack the algorithm to increase your reach and get more likes and followers. If you post at a time when most of your followers are online, you give yourself a better chance of racking up those likes — quickly!

👉 Tip #4: Comments, comments, comments

Not seeing any progress online? How about a boost in your Instagram engagement levels? Here are some tips to help get the ball rolling!

Engage with accounts in your niche. Don’t waste your time attracting random followers, so make sure you're engaging with the right people who are highly targeted!

Start engaging before and after uploading a post! That's when people are more likely to engage on your latest post so that's the best time to attract their attention!

Engaging with recently uploaded posts will ensure that you are connecting with users who are online and have a higher chance of returning the favor!

Create calls-to-action in your caption to direct your viewers to take the action that you want them to take. For example, you can ask them to double-tap if they agree, or get them to tag a friend who needs to see this.

Cross-promote your content on your IG story so your followers will be notified that you have uploaded a new post. Try sharing the content on your feed, and add a "tap here" sticker so that they will be directed to your post when they tap on it.

What is geotagging and why is it so important?

🟩Geotagging is adding the location to your post or story. An Instagram location tag is a specific area based on latitude and longitude of where your business is located. Then, your location is displayed at the top of every post once they’re published, right underneath your username.
