We offer a free road map on what it could look like? After our initial meeting we will draw up a quick summary of what could be done to get to the solution you're looking for.

Once we have approval on that, normally 1 of 2 things happen:

1. We get right to work on the project and keep you 100% informed as we go

Or 2. if it's a bigger project we will break down the summary and go even more in-depth on the step by step process, outlining details, approximate costs, giving a very detailed overview to make sure you're comfortable with the process.

We work following the MAYA Principle.

MAYA stands for Most Advance Yet Accepted.

For more clarity: we try to find the most efficient steps to accomplishing goals without overwhelming teams.
-
We know that being a small business owner can take a lot mentally sometimes and our goal is to not add to the stress of that.
-
We do that by first understanding what our client is looking for (like we mentioned in our other post) but after that we work to understand what systems they currently have in place to run their business. Even if it seems like complete disorganization, systems are still there (more on that later).
-
Once we know what systems are in place we focus on what we can do to improve those systems without overwhelming the team.
-
We have had it happen to us before - we have vendors come and say something similar to: "oh we have to do XYZ and there needs to be a total overhaul". Which could very well be the case but this still leads to anxious thinking.
-
As a business owner, you might totally agree and really like the end vision. But as the person responsible for the daily operation of your business it could seem too complex from start to finish.
-
That brings us to MAYA, even if a system needs to be totally overhauled, we break it down into bite sized steps. Those steps are the most efficient steps that we can take while still being easy to digest for owners and team members.

We start by asking questions and making sure we have a full understanding what our client is looking for.

This is normally a 15 - 30 minute meeting just to get the premise of what we they're looking to do and the vision they have in their mind.

From there, we create a roadmap and send that over for approval.

Brick x Brick Media is a young branding company that works directly with small town small businesses to get them online and growing in any capacity we can. We develop websites, run social media campaigns, email campaigns, and more. We are looking for a part time sales/project manager. In this role you will be working directly with the owner of Brick x Brick Media and the small businesses we work with. The successful candidate will provide friendly, professional service, and operational support. This is a new role in the company, that said we are learning what it could be and it will allow you to carve your own path.

What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for outgoing, self-motivated people with an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for someone to bring on new clients and help provide client service to existing ones. You will be given the tools and support you need to bring on new clients. Once the new client is onboarded our job is to provide them with outstanding customer service and help them create phenomenal brands.
No specific industry experience is necessary, but you must be ambitious / self-motivated, hold yourself to a high standard, and have excellent communication skills.

If you've never worked in sales before, don’t worry, we specialize in getting you going and supporting you the entire way. We will train you and we can go through it step by step.

2 Reasons Why Small Businesses Have To Be Online!

1. Unlimited Upside: Being online gives you potential direct access to billions of customers, you won't be limited to a single storefront or location. There's a potential to scale that just does not exist without being online.

2. Limits Your Downside: When you're in business you need to identify your risks and figure out what you can do to mitigate those risks as best as possible. Being online addresses risk by diversifying - diversifying the location of your customers, diversifying your revenue stream. Done correctly - being online acts as a shield.
-
How can you get your business to capitalize on the upside and minimize the downside? That depends on what type of business you're in.
-
That said, we have never come across a business model that does not benefit in some way from being online.

Key Metrics that matter when it comes to your business marketing efficiency.

Cost measures how much is spent on a campaign.
-
Reach measures the number of people contacted through impressions, visitors, views, etc.
-
Response measures whether or not the audience members take the actions you want them to take (clicks, likes, etc)

Finally, Revenue - revenue measures the amount of money made, it could be measured a few different ways depending on the situation.

Compare your metrics across different channels and analyze where you get the most leverage.

Like mentioned in our previous post, the internet has an incredible upside!

3 billion active social media users spending on average 2 hours a day on social media. That's 6 Billion hours of social media use total every day! That doesn't even include overall internet use.
-
What this means for you and your business, this means that there is an opportunity to capitalize on that time spent on social media. There are plenty of ways to do this, but the simplest way is to just start producing some kind of content.
