There are NEW FEDERALLY REQUIRED REPORTING PROCESSES for domestic and foreign corporations, LLC and other entities as of January 1st 2024. Depending on the nature of your organization, you may be asked to submit a report.

The pdf linked below reviews the entities who are required to report, as well as the entities that are exempt from reporting. There are several exemption reasons, and the report goes through each one in detail.

If you have any ownership or interest in an entity like an LLC, you may want to see if this applies to you. :)

Brekkie date, project day building a stable for her horses together, and a movie night sleepover in our blanket fort. She kicked me out of it being a tossy turnip, so I moved to her room. She woke me up to coffee and a thank you card. My heart is so full.
