RCTV APP UPDATE

**Our Update process begins tonight at 2am MT.**

!!!!IMPORTANT!!!
DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD APP UNTIL THE NEW ONE IS WORKING

The NEW app will migrate the login information from the old app to the new app. ONLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD APP FIRST.

We will be transitioning to a new Program Guide data provider as well as enabling new features for the coming (releasing tomorrow 10/31/23) app. The **current** app will be renamed and new recordings disabled. Users will need to get the **new** app to reschedule recordings. OLD recordings will **not** transfer over and **will need to be rescheduled on the new app**. Users **WILL** still have access to previous recordings on the **old** app to watch and reference for setup on the new **app**.

Starting 10-31-23 users will see some changes (below) to the **CURRENT** app.

Launch of old app will show the a new Splash screen for 20 seconds. This time will become longer as we move toward a 12-1-2023 removal of the old app.
