The Divine Constitution and By Laws are not being Executed. Must the seat of Emperor be claimed to do so?

I would therefore nominate "Self."

And before it is started with "ego trip and all the other unworthy effigies... I ask to be shown where the Document has been Exercised? Who is exercising it and how the Nation benefits?

So from my seat.
Problem - Too many scams are seen. Too much confusion as to how things get done. The people are wandering aimlessly.

Solution - A Federal Council shall now exist. Made up of Sheikesses and Sheiks. Their immediate job is to fix the Nationality System. One system is all that is needed. (Religion is not the concern of the Nationality) However, Prophet Noble Drew Ali shall remain as the Bringer of Our Way.

The Creed... "Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice", will remain the measuring stick.
