The man, the myth, the Legend!! My father Jimmie Guinn. Who taught me more about life than I will ever know, as I am still discovering these things now. He was my best friend, we would talk daily, and he would listen to all my nonsense and love me the same. When I would be doing dumb stuff and living like the world, he would tell me, "I'm praying for you!" and I would laugh it off. He would then go into very graphic details about his prayers for me. My dad was a beast like that, he knew that my eternity was on the line.
Then the day came that we screamed "JESUS!" together at the alter.
His prayer for a miracle had been answered by the Almighty! I pray that I can be that BOLD with my girls. I miss that man on the regular, but know that his time here on earth had to end in order for his eternity to begin. I remember how he was with my nephews and often tell my girls, Pa would have given you all EVERYTHING!! Today I remember my dad on the date of his birth.

Hey Everybody! I was wanting to encourage Kindra to be more assertive with her speaking, especially when engaging with persons of authority in her life. Here is what I shared:

The Bible offers numerous examples where using your voice or words plays a crucial role in shaping events, reflecting personal growth, or embodying important values. Here are three diverse examples:

1. Speaking Up for Justice:

Moses and the Exodus: In Exodus, Moses finds the courage to confront Pharaoh, demanding the release of the enslaved Israelites. Despite his initial reluctance, he uses his voice to advocate for justice and lead his people to freedom. This story highlights the power of speaking up against oppression and using words to advocate for change.

2. Words Carrying Creation:

John 1:1-5: The Gospel of John opens with the famous verse, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." This verse signifies the immense power of the word, associated with God's creative ability. It emphasizes the importance of using words thoughtfully and purposefully, acknowledging their potential to build, inspire, and create.

Check this out, I have been on a journey lately. A big part of that journey is me getting healthy. I'm down 23 pounds in a month+ and really noticing a difference with this program!
I'd be lying if I didn't say I was skeptical about this actually working but here we are! I must say I'm impressed. I thought for sure I'd lose muscle or just water weight but I'm not. I've lost some water weight and definitely fat and inches from my waist.
I've had several reasons for trying this program.
1. I want to be at my best for my family especially with my family history.
2. I've been contemplating using my gift of loving people and serving people by coaching people in their health as well. Before I did I wanted to make sure this worked as well for me as I have seen it work for my friends.
Needless to say I'm impressed and all in. So if you're looking to get healthy come join me as I continue to strive to be at my best in my health. If I can do it... You can do it!
I'm currently in training and need to do some health assessments. So if you're interested or just curious let me know. Either way it would be awesome if you reached out to me.
