A bottle of water at Costco is $0.25.

The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50.

At a local bar it probably costs $2.

In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3.

At an airport or on the plane, you might be charged $5.

The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.

When you feel like you aren’t worth anything and the people around you belittle you, change places, do not stay there.

Have the courage to change environments and go to a place where you’re given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth. 💜💜

🍫🥜🍫MY FAVE PB CUP RECIPE🍫🥜🍫⁣
⁣
Chocolate layers: ⁣
9-10 oz bag Sugar-free dark or milk chocolate (divided in half I used Lily's)⁣
5 tbsp Coconut oil (divided in half)⁣
⁣
Peanut butter layer:⁣
3 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter (creamy)⁣
2 tsp Coconut oil⁣
4 tsp Powdered erythritol ⁣
1 1/2 tsp PB2⁣
1/8 tsp Vanilla extract⁣
1 pinch Sea salt⁣
Grease a silicone mini muffin pan⁣
For the bottom chocolate layer, heat half of the chocolate in the microwave, stirring at 20 second intervals.⁣
Fill the bottom of the cups evenly with chocolate⁣
Freeze for 10 minutes, until at least the top is firm.⁣
⁣
Meanwhile, for the peanut butter layer, mix the peanut butter and coconut oil. Stir in the powdered sweetener, PB2, vanilla and sea salt until smooth and dough like. ⁣
⁣
Spoon a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto the center of each cup over the chocolate layer. Freeze for another 10 minutes, until at least the top is firm.⁣
Meanwhile, make the top chocolate layer. Heat the remaining chocolate and remaining coconut oil in the microwave (same method as above). ⁣
⁣
Pour the remaining chocolate into the cups, over the peanut butter layer. The chocolate will fill the empty space on the sides of the peanut butter circles and also cover the top.⁣
Return to the freezer for at least 20-30 minutes, until completely firm. Store in the refrigerator.⁣

I found this Keto Chili recipe just in time for the cold weather to set into PA and it is DELICIOUS!!
This is my new 'go-to' Keto Chili Recipe! Try it! It will become your new favorite as well!!
Hearty Keto Chili 🥣
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
6 slices bacon
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
3 ounces tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup bone broth
salt and pepper, to taste
cheddar cheese and sour cream, optional for topping
Instructions:
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy; drain and set aside. Leave a thin layer of bacon grease in the skillet and dispose of the rest.
Add the onions, celery, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until crisp and tender.
Mix the ground beef into the vegetables and cook until completely browned; drain.
Add the jalapeno and minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and paprika. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Chop the bacon and toss them to the skillet.
Reduce the heat to low and add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Stir in bone broth and then simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!

K.I.S.S.! Keep it super simple!! This lifestyle doesn't have to be hard!! This is my lunch, but could also be a simple snack! Celery with cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning, peanuts, panino tray from Aldi, and mayo. Don't stress!
