Enjoy the things that you enjoy.

It's common for people to deny themselves of the things they enjoy, thinking that it's necessary to achieve their goals or maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, depriving yourself of the things you enjoy may lead to feelings of resentment, frustration, and ultimately failure.

Instead, focusing on moderation and balance can help you enjoy the things you love while still achieving your goals. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
Allow yourself to indulge in your favorite foods or activities in moderation.
Don't beat yourself up for enjoying something that may be considered "unhealthy" or "lazy."

Listen to your body and give it what it needs, whether that's rest, exercise, or a slice of cake.

Remember that balance is key. You don't have to give up the things you love entirely, but find ways to incorporate them into a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
