✅ My new favorite image I’ve ever created is right here👀

Although this image was shot 3 years ago, this image was just recently edited just in time to submit this & my first ever image into an award ceremony

🌇I had to name my image for the first time for the awards, so I call this “Light meets the Dark” featuring walking towards his

📸A lot of the reason why this image never got edited because the brand I shot this for 3 years ago had no use for it. It didn’t show the product whatsoever.

👀🔎But don’t get me wrong, I saw the potential…

It’s always amazing to see how far you’ve come throughout your creative career. This was a good example, there’s definitely some series of images that take on a more commercial feel. Then others that take on a more cinematic/graded feel.

This image in particular took on a little bit of both. It still has that commercial feel, but also holds a cinematic moodiness to the overall image.

After looking at the image, I knew I should and will when it goes on to the site, to remove the windows on the 2 sides of the structure.

I’ll be thanking AI for helping me with that!

✅This has always been one of my favorite shots I’ve ever created. 🤝

But it’s not my favorite anymore, standing at #2 of my favorite automotive image ever. We’ve got a new #1 and can’t wait to show you guys tomorrow!

First of all, I got to collaborate with some of my good friends that I met while on this photography journey.

The guys were and Braden Whitman who’s disappeared on socials. But still a good friend of mine.

Shoutout to for providing the vehicle back in 2019 or 2020. What a great collaboration that ended up with one of my favorite image I’ve ever shot!

which is my detail shot of muddy covered tires & wheels (really the entire truck)

👊I loved this entire series and was proud of the photos and it offered a little something different from what my normal automotive work entails.

PS: This make for a great marketing ad for 😉

Texture is a huge part in photography, especially when it comes to detail shots. It allows the viewer to see the up close & the personal of the mud and you can see the cool textures and patterns it creates on the vehicle itself.

It also reminds me of this Jeep RC car I owned and how the entire Jeep was painted to make it look like mud splatter. Safe to say they nailed it spot on.

Also this is the location where the Mazda shenanigans went down🤣

📸Coming in at #4 of my favorite automotive photos…😈

Shot for an individual/myself

This shoot happened at the peak of covid, everything was shut down & and I went out shooting his BMW.

My goal was to play with the shadows and that’s exactly what I did. This isn’t a typical hero shot angle and that’s what I love about it. Looking back, a lot of my angles were super repetitive and I rarely ever switched it up or rarely ever posted those.

There’s really no reason why I did that. Even now, some of the angles I shoot are similar and I really want to focus 2024 & the rest of 2023 being creative with my compositions more.

I challenge the rest of you to do that too! There’s a lot of let alone in general that have the same compositions time & time again.

I promise you’ll be more that satisfied with the results!

This shot was on my first run at the and I was fortunate enough to have a small Photoshoot with this sweet Porsche GT3 with a backdrop of the Telluride Mountains.

Btw this is a rig shot, so no real motion. This allowed to light his car better and have more control on the overall image.

📸Starting the morning off with shot #6 of my favorite automotive photos shot for individuals or my self. 🔵

Something about this shot is just clean & simple. Love the reflections on the side, it truly eventuates the body lines of this and what a phenomenal color!

The only thing I would have changed is, may have graded it a bit different and I may have comped in tarmac instead of dirt. But other than that, this still is one of my favorite automotive images.

👀I apparently really liked the rear 3/4 angle back then🤣

Shot #7 of my favorite images shot for an individual/myself.

This was one of my first ever artificially lit photos shot at

I still love this image to this day, although the foreground element is a tad messy and perhaps a bit distracting. Also would have made this car a bit less flat and shot the lights at a higher angle to accentuate the body lines more.

📸 Shot #8 with another hidden gem that’s a total throwback👀👊

Back when I shot with .media and brought out the strobe, shot this badass or might have been in you guessed it! A dealership!

Highlighting my favorite photos shot for individuals/myself is difficult. I’ve got so many photos that I admire and totally forgot about, this is one of them.

📸Starting off with #9 of my favorite automotive photo shot for individual/my self🚗

👀Only the OG’s will remember the times when I’d visit my local car dealerships to try & create portfolio images. 📈

This was & still is one of my favorite images I’ve created. This was actually shot with my old Canon Eos Rebel T2i.

Although, I probably would have edited this differently now, I still loved this shot and this set out a standard precedent for my photos to come.

This shot is by far my favorite for a couple reasons. First of all it’s the hero shot and it’s another great example of how light can totally reshape and image.

The first image is the final deliverable, the 2nd image which is the exact same shot but has just one very minor tweak that we fixed right before we were going to post. If you guys can notice what we did, shoutout to you!

But the point of showing both images that are very close to identical is showcasing just a glimpse of the extra work that we do that shows that we care. Our name represents theses photos and we want to make sure the client is happy as well as ourselves. Although maybe 1 out of 100 people would notice that one mistake we made, it still matters to us and it’s all about delivering the up most quality to our imagery every time.

Now the 3rd image also shows how we go the extra mile, the 1st image is a tad bit warmer than the 3rd image. That’s because naturally if there’s more light being casted on the subject at peak golden hour, it’s going to be a warmer tone. So grading the 3rd image was purposely on a more cooler tone.

PS: Checkout the last 2 images, those are some of the main shots that we used to create the final result in that final hero image.

Once again, such a special shoot with and beyond stoked about the results. The video will be dropping soon!

Here’s just a difference of what lighting can make in a shot. Both shots are sort of the deliverables, but one is more moody and capturing the sunset. This first shot is all about capturing the wrap and all the intricate details of this truck. The hardest thing to do when working with lighting is making itappear natural. This shot is on that borderline🤣

But once again, such a fun project and the next posts tomorrow and the next day will have a carousel of images including BTS and everything.

This is how we go the extra mile even for an individual, we were hired to create something special for and we delivered!

Some more goodness from our most recent project with

A project that took many many months to finally coordinate a time to shoot due to so many weather delays. As well as tons of pre-production planning to produce some fantastic long lasting memories for Justin, his family & friends.

We want our projects that we create with individuals like Justin to be special and make memories that will last long after the vehicle itself.

Most “anything on wheels” fanatics put their heart & soul into the machines, don’t forget about all the money as well.

It’s up to us to create something special that allows you guys to look back 5,10, maybe 15 years down the road and be like “yeah I built that or yeah I owned that”

You don’t want to look back and see just phone photos. You guys want to have prints from your vehicles, videos that allow you to talk about your vehicle. That’s where we’ll come in and come up with a vision & execute it for you, your friends & family to admire for years to come.
