The Giddings HS UIL Debate team competed at Edna High School on Saturday, November 9.
Dylan deShetler placed 3rd in Lincoln Douglas debate and the CX debate team of Francisco Valle and Aiden Hankins placed 2nd.

We are forever grateful for all the veterans that served and all those that continue to serve our country and fight for our freedom! Thank you to everyone who came and spent the day with us on your day off. The market was a couple higher on almost every class of calves with the cows and bulls staying steady. Just a reminder that we will NOT be having a sale November 25th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We have started taking consignments for our replacement sale that with be held in conjunction with our regular sale/last sale of year on December 16th. Please reach out with any questions! Winedale’s Annual Quilt Exhibit

Winedale’s annual quilt exhibit this year will focus on the intersection of quilting and clothing. More details to come.
The quilt exhibit will be open the following days:
Friday, December 6 through Sunday, December 8 and Friday, December 13 through Sunday, December 15.

GHS Student Council is honoring veterans by working with Wreaths Across America to provide wreaths for our veterans this Christmas. Our local cemetery is 88 wreaths short of every veteran being recognized. If you would like to help please see the link below or the flyer that is attached.

From the site, you can purchase wreaths for our cemetery or for another. You can even buy for someone specific.
