Anthony Bourdain was a renowned chef, author, and television personality who inspired millions of people like me to explore the world and appreciate different cultures. He passed away on June 8, 2018, leaving behind a legacy of culinary curiosity and cultural appreciation.

Bourdain's passion for food and travel took him to some of the most remote and exotic corners of the world, where he immersed himself in local cultures and cuisines. Through his books and television shows, he shared his experiences and insights with his audience, inspiring them to step out of their comfort zone and explore the world with an open mind.

For those who were touched and inspired by Bourdain's work, his passing was truly a great loss. But his legacy lives on, and his message of cultural appreciation and understanding continues to inspire people to travel and explore the world in a meaningful way.

I've loved the thought of food and traveling since I was a child. I've always been adventurous and understood that life is short and must be truly admired.

Food is inexplicably one of the most simple yet complex passions that the entire world can share as we all need it. It can bring people together. It can make people compete over who has the best and most authentic recipe.
Traveling is the best way to truly experience the food, people, drinks, and cultures of others in a world where many believe money makes you happy.

The fleeting essence of freedom that we may receive from time to time gives us the very mere taste of what could be if we truly desire it to be so.
Freedom is the currency I crave in this ephemeral life we are bought into. To travel, eat, drink, and truly experience this life in its fullest doesn't require wealth; but the means to aquire the will to do what is necessary to achieve true freedom.

When you find true freedom, your mind, heart, and soul are liberated from the worries of life, and henceforth brings you happiness. Which then gives you the opportunity to truly... experience life.
