I decided to make myself a personalized soap with meaning behind It. Frankincense, Myrrh & Tumeric in a Goats Milk Cocoa Butter base with Oatmeal, Lemongrass & Oats as the exfoliating ingredients 🫶🏻

Frankincense oil benefits: It can be used to improve respiratory function, reduce stress levels, induce relaxation and improve skin health. Frankincense oil is also known for its anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties, making it a valuable addition to any natural health regimen.

Myrrh Essential Oil facilitates the fading of unwanted blemishes on the skin, soothes itchiness, and reduces symptoms of eczema among other skin ailments. It is commonly added to skin care products to help with moisturizing and for fragrance.

Frankincense and Myrrh essential oils have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, hydrates and strengthens your skin while smoothening the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and reducing the appearance of large pores. It effectively tightens and tones your skin and fight signs of ageing.

Using lemongrass as an ingredient for a body scrub can help eliminate excess oils that cause acne. Lemongrass can also tighten pores and smoothen out or reduce wrinkles, making it an ideal skin toner. Exfoliating with lemongrass regularly can help the circulation in the skin and maintain an even skin tone.

Oatmeal/Oats- It moisturizes, protects, exfoliates, and cleanses your skin. Oatmeal also helps boost collagen production, improves your skin complexion, and reduces skin inflammation.

But these ones today…. It was a battle in itself just to keep them away from the molds 😂 They have been waiting patiently ALL DAY to use one of these ones 🫠 The process is a process… They don’t understand that it takes more than 2 minutes to make a soap…

I know I can be really annoying when it comes to labels, supplements, syntethics, carcinogenic ingredients and all the things but it’s because I care. It’s so much bigger than a side gig, hustle or company. It legit is 1000% the clean label for me especially if you use something daily. And it’s not just supplements for me. It’s what we buy daily for our kids, our own bodies, it’s terrifying what’s in our food/drinks ☹️ I don’t even know how ingredients can make it into labels that cause so much harm… But hey, big pharma is happy 😔
