Here's something that may take a few of you coaches and athletes a minute to digest.

I've been saying this for a few years now but have really been teaching and instructing my athletes to do this in our training sessions as a lot of them have not been as active and have a hard time catching their breath during the first few seasons.

Bending over and putting your hands on your knees is the most efficient way to catch your breath and recover. Putting your hands in the air IS NOT HELPING.
