Yayyy — MadisonAveLA.com officially launches soon — (OK, the exact definition of the word “soon,” as a timeline, is more like soon-ish, depending on if you identify as pre- or post-Millennial). Today's update: Beta site fine-tuning continues tweaking, final published live in a couple of weeks — or, as a retro-style TV voiceover announcer might say to viewers* ==> “Stay Tuned!”
* = viewers means the audience, back then, of live humans (older now but younger in the last century), who had to be audio-enticed in order to keep them physically returning to sit in front of a stationary television-set (not OLE/HD, a precursor to what’s now known as a screen or monitor). Viewers would then gather to watch, at a pre-set moment, (pre-streaming days forced an appointed, scheduled airtime) an episode of a show/series that ended with a tantalizing cliffhanger so the phrase was used to muster up enough interest to get said humans back in chair in front of TV.
