Attention Hunters!

With bow deer season right around the corner we will be available this season to track down any wounded deer. Even the best hunters can have a buck move at the last second or you take that shot just before sunset and it's nearly impossible to find them at night.

With thermal imaging drones if called quickly enough they will retain alot of that heat energy and we can quickly locate them for you even in the dead of night. I can be reached directly via messenger!

On 3/13/24, at approximately 8:00pm, an elderly citizen (Larry Archer 74) of Priceville, was reported missing to Officer Martin Mattern of the Priceville Police Dept. It was reported that Mr. Archer had left his residence earlier this same date between 10:00-11:00am to run errands.

At some point, Mr. Archer became confused and drove his silver Ford Edge towards Madison. Mr. Archer ultimately ended up miles inside the Wildlife Refuge in Limestone Co. where his vehicle then became inoperable. Mr. Archer left his vehicle and began walking.

PPD Officer Turk Jones made contact with Ford Motor Co. and advised them of the exigent circumstances involving Mr. Archer. Ford provided Officer Jones with the cordinates to locate Mr. Archer’s vehicle.

At this time, multiple officers deployed to this area. PPD Officer Lucas Ferrell was first to the scene and discovered Mr. Archer’s unoccupied vehicle.

Officer Turk Jones deployed PPD’s departmental drone above this area and quickly spotted Mr. Archer walking approximately one mile from his vehicle. Officer Jones hovered the drone above Mr. Archer’s location until PPD Chief Jerry Holmes, PPD Officer Martin Mattern, and Limestone Co. Sheriff’s Deputy Fontenot made contact with Mr. Archer. Mr. Archer was weak and tired but otherwise uninjured. After being checked by an EMT at the scene, Mr. Archer was reunited with family.

PPD would like to thank everyone that assisted with this call for service. We appreciate you all. 🚔🇺🇸
