Quiting is never an option.

I don't care if you change your mind a thousand times about how to get where you are going. You don't quit. Ever.
I almost did. So I know what it feels like to care so little for yourself and to feel like such a failure that I wallowed in self pity and nearly quit on my future. It was the hardest and longest season of my adult life to date.

Praise God that something deep down inside me wouldn't let me completely self destruct.

If you never try then you can never know the feeling of success.
Don't ever give up.

2020 has been a challenging year to say the least for all of us, but my prayers are that today we choose to set aside differences and show one another how much we truly appreciate them.🙏 I pray that we choose to love more than hate because this is what you said.❤ I pray that we choose to grow instead of suffer. 🙏 I pray that we choose to embrace instead of judge.🙏 I pray that the ones who need to apologize speak up and and the ones who need to forgive will have a softened heart.🙏

Emotions aren't supposed to be our compass. They are a terrible guidance system.
Ya know we have a bad habit of internalizing emotions instead especially negative ones. Even more astonishing is we think they will just disappear or work themselves out when we do that.🤷‍♀️ Like what are we doing here?🤦‍♀️ Playing mind games with ourselves?
Pretty much.
But it is all a part of the process.
A beautiful process called transformation.
A glorious process of self healing.
Rewiring if you will.
It all starts with this little notion that it all starts with you working on your mind. 🧠
