Also hot take: searching for anything with "wedding venue" in the title (for research purposes) turns up a ton of absolutely useless ranked sites with posts like "10 best places to get married" etc and everyone is different and has contradicting info + regurgitated info from the Knot or Wedding Report.

09/03/2024

So many ways to buy or build venues and the best way I have heard of is "Venue Hacking" (term I coined..maybe? lol )...having multiple ways to make money on the property (not JUST weddings), and even better when you can live on property (at least in the begging). The tricky part (if you arent looking to build yourself a job) is to keep moving and not to get stuck being the "expert" on everything. Build enterprise value in your business by putting systems, processes and people in place so you have a business with value vs a labor intensive job.
