Esha K., a San Francisco Bay Area native, is an alternative-rock/indie vocalist and songwriter with extensive experience within the music industry. Esha has been recognized for her music since the age of 13, winning talent competitions, scholarships, and international accolades.

Some of her notable accomplishments include performing at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium, embarking on a self-organized mini tour of New York City, performing nationally and internationally - including at London’s famous Bedford Pub and at the 22nd Annual Jeff Buckley Tribute Concert at Chicago’s Uncommon Ground - and working with GRAMMY-winning producers on her releases.

Quentin Burgess is Music Canada’s Director of Communications, where he is responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s communications and marketing strategies and for managing Music Canada's online development projects.

With Quentin’s unique background he was able to deliver particular nuggets of wisdom that upcoming artists would benefit from regardless of wanting to be signed to record labels.

SmArtists! So much has changed since we've began this podcast. It's important to me that we take time to appreciate all that we've done while also planning for what is next to come. That's partly what I was doing on top of this hill!

Anyway, as some of you know, we have been exploring the NFT space more and more as time goes on. We are even exploring launching our own NFT collection but we can't share much about this yet but more to come!

Keith Profeta was jumping in and out of bands starting at 16, but never really found his true calling in front of the microphone.

He started managing a friend’s band, handling all the behind-the-scenes work. Never being satisfied, Keith started a fanzine to find more great music and reviewed 100’s of band’s demos, offering them straightforward tips on how to get to the next level in their careers.

Emmanuel Saccoccini is from France and has been living in California since 2011. He has co-founded two creative digital studios and he’s co-created and co-produced many interactive ad campaigns, with countless awards.

In 2020, he co-founded FUZZ a mobile app to help young musicians discover and match with like-minded peers to start a band.
