Two new restaurants are coming to Cornerstone. Mi Cozumel, a family-owned-and-operated Mexican restaurant, will occupy a new building with a large patio. Chicken Salad Chick will offer customers a fast-casual concept serving southern-style chicken salad made from scratch. Centerville City Council also voted unanimously to approve a zoning map amendment to 30 of 72 acres of the site allowing entertainment/outdoor recreation. Centerville's Planning Commission reviewed preliminary plans for the development on June 17. A traffic study is also underway.

Meet Brandy Skelton!

She considers herself a home chef and a real food enthusiast. She can’t help but snap pictures of the variety of good food she eats at restaurants to recreate the recipe myself. She picks up cooking magazines all the time (even when she's tagging along with her husband Mike at Lowe’s) and she is a major Pinterest fanatic. Along with cooking for numerous families each week, she still enjoys cooking on the weekend.

Meet Craig Suttman, Centerville Career Tech Education Principal!

“Career-focused programs are so valuable to our students. According to the U.S. Department of Education, about one-third of students enrolled in bachelor’s degree programs change majors at least once. A key reason for this is a lack of hands-on career exploration opportunities during high school.”
