B2V4: Principal secretary Forest, Ecology and Environment Dheeraj Gupta (IAS) visited Halqa Ichgam of Block Budgam as Prabhari officer.

Directed Departments to ensure 100% Saturation of all deliverables.

February,27: Principal Secretary Forest , Ecology and Environment Dheeraj Gupta (IAS) today visited Panchyat halqa Ichgam of Block Budgam as a prabhari officer .
Besides , Deputy Commissioner Budgam (DC) S F Hamid (IAS), ADDC Budgam Akhramullah Tak, CMO, CEO, ACD, ACP , DIO , executive engineers of various departments, BDO, and other District and sectoral officers were present on the occasion.
The Principal secretary took detailed review �and ensured resolution of legitimate grievances and demands, and follow up on the several deliverables of the ‘Back to Village -IV Programme.�The Principal secretary threadbare discussed on the saturation of all the deliverables as “Swachh Gram Programme saturation, dissemination of information regarding Jan Bhagidari, issuance of Land Passbooks, 100% saturation of Golden Cards, completion of pending inheritance mutations by the concerned Revenue officers, distribution of e-Shram cards among all eligible beneficiaries, 100% Aadhar Seeding/ Pe*******on, rejuvenating self-employment across the Panchayats by facilitating interaction of eligible youth with concerned agencies/marketing awareness programmes, banks and other agencies/line departments, progress on Jal Jeevan Mission, progress on Panchayat Paani Samitis, formation/activation of Panchayat Youth Clubs and progress achieved under Mission Amrit Sarovar.�He laid special focus on saturation of basic deliverables like Electricity, tap water connections,education, roads , health , self employment and various other genuine demands. �He said all the line departments shall extend cooperation to the Prabhari officer to their satisfaction. Any non-responsiveness/non cooperation by the representatives of line departments shall be taken seriously.

He asked Deputy Commissioner to review the responses from all Back to village programmes (B2V1, B2V2, B2V3 and B2V4) with special reference to the demands and complaints and draw out Report and ensure that all demands which have been met and complaints addressed.
He directed for 100% cleanliness of the panchayats and to ensure that JJM fulfils “Har Ghar Jal “ purpose in every village.
The Principal secretary emphasised on cent percent metering in all the non- metered areas.
Attaining saturation of all deliverables is the basic motive of Government and participation of every citizen in uplifting the society is the prerequisite for growth and development, He added.
It’s apt to mention , the Jammu and Kashmir government has deployed the Visiting Officers of the concluded Phase IV of ‘Back to Village’ Programme, as the Prabhari Officers for the concerned Panchayat(s).�The Visiting Officers had been nominated by the General Administration Department or by the Deputy Commissioners before the beginning of the Phase IV of the B2V programme across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Prabhari Officer(s) shall make quarterly physical follow up visits to the Panchayat(s) that he or she was allotted.

DC B'la Chairs Revenue Officers Meet,Took Stock of Revenue Matters

Baramulla, June 03 : Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar today chaired a meeting of concerned revenue officers here at meeting Hall where She took stock of various revenue matters besides taking a brief appraisal of related aspects.

On the occasion, the DC asked the officers to play a proactive role in the field in resolving public grievances. She directed them to remain punctual in their offices and duty places to serve the public and make public delivery system more vibrant.

During the meeting, DC impressed upon the Revenue Officers to work with dedication and zeal for delivering public services in a smooth and transparent manner. She stressed upon the concerned authorities to ensure the completion of Jamabandi, land record digitization and directed to remove all type of encroachments from State / Kahcharai lands.

The DC stressed the need for updation of jamabandi and asked officers to submit updated statement. She asked field functionaries including Naib Tehsildars and Patwaries to conduct regular inspection in their respective jurisdictions.

The Deputy Commissioner also directed Revenue Officers to be serious in land conversion and adopt uniform standard and parameters so that any person could not misuse the agricultural land in relaxation to land conversion law. The DC further directed to regularly dispose off court cases and subsequently upload on the requisite online database.

The meeting also discussed the four lanning of National Highway from Narbal to Baramulla and double lanning from Baramulla to Uri wherein the DC emphasized to complete all the necessities well within the stipulated time.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Zahoor Ahmad Raina, Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore Parveez Sajad, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Peerzada Mumtaz,Sub Divisional Magistrate Pattan Syed Faheem, Sub Divisional Magistrate Gulmarg Sameer Jan, Tehsildars besides other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
