If you have a SmartTV and use the Plex app built-in to it, I highly recommend buying a Firestick, NVidia Shield, or Roku to use for Plex. The SmartTV Plex app is not very well developed and I've been seeing a lot of issues when trying to play videos through it.

I've recently added football, baseball, and UFC to Plex. ENJOY!

Baseball and football games will only be stored for 2 weeks (UFC indefinite for now).

My Plex has been flakey at best the last few days. I made some changes and Plex had a couple updates as well. Hope it starts working better for everyone.

I had to make changes to my VPN because my ISP was throttling me.

You may need to sign out of Plex and sign back in for the server to show Online again.

Tip of the week:

When you play movies/TV series, please set the quality to 'Original Quality'. This will decrease the server load and allow me to share my content with more people. It will also improve the quality of your video!

To set to original quality, pause the video and go to the icon for settings/quality, set this to Original and play the video again.

Using the original video quality on Plex will usually give better video streaming quality, especially when on high bandwidth internet. This also helps the Plex server by not needing to transcode to a different video quality during playback.
