In honor of Yolanda Bindics’ upcoming Birthday on September 29th and her case still remaining unsolved after 19 years…who’s ready for a second episode to drop? Hopefully the last interview before that unsolved stamp on the front of her case file changes to solved. Bc let’s face it-this family has been through this for far too long. JAMESTOWN WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO HER ROLE IN S*X TRAFFICKING CONSPIRACY

BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Jasmin Osteen, 26, of Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to conspiracy to commit s*x trafficking of a minor, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jonathan Cantil and Douglas Penrose, who are handling the case, stated that between August and October 2020, Osteen conspired with others to coerce two 17-year-old minors to engage in commercial s*x acts. Osteen transported the minor victims to a hotel in Buffalo, where they were supplied with alcohol and drugs. Osteen then contacted various clients, who each engaged in commercial s*x acts with minor victims. Osteen utilized Facebook to arrange for the commercial s*x acts, and then received a majority of the proceeds.

The plea is the result of an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Matthew Scarpino, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff James Quattrone, and the Jamestown Police Department, under the direction of Chief Timothy Jackson.

Sentencing is scheduled for December 19, 2023 at 9 a.m. before Judge Sinatra
