**Protect Your Plumbing Pipes from Freezing!**

As temperatures drop, vulnerable pipes can freeze and burst, causing costly damage. To protect your plumbing:

-Insulate exposed pipes** in unheated areas like basements, attics, and garages.

- Let faucets drip** overnight to keep water moving.

- Open cabinet doors** under sinks to allow warm air to circulate around pipes.

- Keep the heat on**, even if you're away, and set it to at least 55°F.

Taking these simple steps now can save you from expensive repairs later!
