Deconstructed Cerebrito Roll: Pan fried luncheon meat, and cream cheese; topped with pineapple jam (that was mixed with ponzu, ginger powder, and sushi vinegar). That was acompanied with grilled salmon and corn rice balls, and masubi.
Why the heck not? Cerebrito you ask? It translates as Little Brain. A concoction of luncheon meat, cream cheese, and pineapple jam. A typical Puerto Rican delight, eaten with (preferably) Ritz crackers.

Luxurious dinner at Le Food o' Clock'. Canned chewy noodles of pasta marinated in a deliciously radioactive semi orange sauce, with balls made out of meat - over a bed of ancestral white grains from the pantry. We call it Espagueti de Lata con Arroz Blanco. Lol

A different take on Ramen for us. Roasted pork bone and pork chop bone broth, braised pork spareribs with bok choy and enoki mushrooms (with ginger, honey, garlic, soy, salt, pepper), fresh Ramen noodles. Swaaaat? Really good. .ann.lopez
