- What you do for training really is dependent on your goals, your current state and your climbing history

Training climbers in their 50s, 60s and 70s is something that we've done for many years at Lattice. Lots of climbers in this bracket are concerned that "the ...

Great day exploring the granite dells by Prescott, Arizona.
When I was a younger climber, I would often be frustrated the first day at a new area.
Lots of time wasted finding crags.
Now, I know to expect it.

Climbing Lifer Podcast

I created the Climbing Lifer podcast for climbers who wish to be able to climb for their entire life. These are climbers who might face challenges with balancing a busy life with their climbing, who might have had injuries that held them back or frustrated them, who face challenges that come with graduating to the 40+ age group, and who wish to keep climbing despite the challenges.

The podcast will feature interviews with climbers who are Climbing Lifers, and who have something to share with the Climbing Lifer community about how to navigate the challenges that come with adulting.

Join us as we have fun, share stories, and learn how to be successful Climbing Lifers.
