Haven’t posted about one of these in a while. So, that post of the tree a few days ago was foreshadowing. That picture was taken the morning after finished recording his Magnolia Session. The rain started while we were still tracking, and it was actively destroying NC and surrounding Appalachian area.
This was actually our 2nd attempt at recording a Magnolia Session together. The other one had too many songs that ended up on other projects, and will never see the light of day (probably). I feel like the session we ended up doing is pure magic. A limited run vinyl edition is in the works. All proceeds will go to relief efforts for Hurricane Helene.
