It is with a heavy heart to share that our friend, partner, and co-founder of Prime Source Entertainment, Lee Maxcy, has passed away. Family was such a source of joy, pride and happiness for Lee. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, 2 sons, a daughter, and 6 grandchildren. Lee was a humble giant in the entertainment industry with an unparalleled dedication to the artists community and an instant friend for life to anyone he met.

He began his career in entertainment in 1973 as social chair of the SAE fraternity at UT in Knoxville. For the next decade Lee worked with several companies and managed several bands (The Tams, The Impressions, Cornelius Brothers & Sister Rose and more). In 1988 Lee co-founded Prime Source Entertainment, which merged with ECE in 2022.

Lee's optimistic spirit, sense of humor and caring nature will be greatly remembered. Please leave messages or memories about Lee to share with the family.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Saint George’s Episcopal Church, The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the American Cancer Society/Melanoma research.
