BOLO: San Clemente, CA CRITICAL MISSING PERSON Past Traumatic Brain Injury Scott Andrew Karsten, 60.
Last seen on the Circle K gas station video on 10-24-2021 at 12:21 a.m. Located in the Wallmart shopping at 901 Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA. 92673
Witnesses stated he seemed in a confused state. His car and phone were found there shortly after that.
He was wearing khaki blue shorts, a blue t-shirt, and blue running shoes. He has several tattoos including “Tracy Jorden Kennedy” on his left arm and a lion on his right arm.
He is described as: Male, white, approximately 5'8", 210 pounds with brown/gray hair and blue eyes.
