How do we keep ourselves fired up and creative?
Don't be afraid of being wrong! or of making a mistake.
Like Kids! Kids aren’t afraid of making a mistake or being wrong. If you step back and let a kid do what “he wants,” he will come up with something amazing.
As adults we run our offices/our lives with the stigma that we will make a mistake.
You know Picasso once said – all children are born artist.
Unfortunately, as we grow up the artist in all of us is “indoctrinated” or “educated” out of us.
I heard from a speaker say” We don’t grow into creativity, we grow out of it!
So how do we stay creative?
We create!
Innovate.
Take chances.
Get rid of people killing our creativity.
Dance and run all we want in your office.
Take that extra 10 minutes to create that perfect project.
Take charge and CREATE!
Take the reigns and CREATE the dream your started with.
Take that leap into your inner CREATIVE child.

How do we stand out from the rest?
Coming from a family of 9 siblings I can relate. As business owners we always want to be the better choice, no doubt.
In this day an age we are all competing to get that potential client to click on our web or social media page and to share our story with the hopes that he will click again and give us a call. Before it was paper ads, TV, and cold calls, but now in the present, this is how we let people know we are here to provide a service, DIGITALLY!
How do we stand out then? V A L U E!
When you post something of VALUE, some advice that will help your AUDIENCE, they will remember you.
And when you post another piece of VALUABLE information, they will read that too.
Posting value is what and how you stand out from the rest.
For example:
* As a Chef I could post a simple hack on how to crack an egg or how to bake something that has only 3 ingredients.
* As a Customer Service Rep, I’d post advice how to answer questions, things to say that won’t trigger the caller, things that will get you another appointment.
* As a Construction Company I would post advice on what are the best steel toe shoes to wear on a construction site or how to use a hammer.
Posting content that brings VALUE to your AUDIENCE helps you STAND OUT from the rest.
Some say posting and creating content that will bring value can be time consuming for some, but not really.
It could be:
* Thought of the day
* Tip of the day
* How you helped your client today
* A How to....
Post VALUE and make a name for yourself; advice and tips within your industry and you will stand out from the rest.

In the PRESENT TIME to find a service what do we do?
We go to Google, Alexa or Facebook and even LinkedIn!
These are the ways to find who or what we are looking for now and it works! We even do our shopping with the help of Amazon and some grocerystoredotcoms and even talk to our families on the other side of the world!
People find their dentist, vet and even their new hair dressers and not to mention a new place to eat.
We seem to know more about the places we visit now before we even go there!
So what we did before in "Real Life" to start our new ventures or grow what we have now, we do it DIGITALLY!
