I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Bryant about his journey in real estate and passion for A-frames. After renovating a cottage, they decided to build their own A-frame from scratch. I recently had the opportunity to visit a unique short-term rental in Hocking Hills Ohio. He had to go through a lengthy permitting process with the state of Ohio, and had to get several different variances due to the non-standard nature of the project. Bryant also had to find a structural engineer and a geologist to sign off on the project. The biggest challenge was dealing with the moisture. He had to install four dehumidifiers to keep the humidity at a livable level, and we're removing 20 gallons of water a day. He also had to figure out how to catch and drain away the water that drips in one of the bedrooms. It's truly something to behold!

Maximizing ChatGPT is all about using the right prompts.This blog explores Response Shaping, a technique to ensure consistently high-quality results from AI interactions. By carefully controlling inputs, we move away from basic prompts and move into full AI whispering. Here are the 7 steps:

1. Persona: Tell the AI who to behave as.
2. Format: Indicate what type of format the AI should produce.
3. Task: Give the AI the main task to complete.
4. Steps: Give the AI the steps to take to complete the task.
5. Output: Tell the AI exactly how you want the output to look.
6. Examples: Show the AI 1-5 examples of ideal output.
7. Tweaking: Do some final tweaking of the output in case it's going wonky.

By including these steps in every AI instruction, you'll see extraordinary outputs compared to giving one-liner "prompts" we're used to. Happy shaping!
