Our beautiful & thoughtful cover art comes from the talented . Massive thanks to him for working with us on this & all of our future projects. In his own words (translated from Spanish): To focus on the central theme, I decided to use two profiles in the form of a mask: a profile of a person with dark skin and one with light skin, treated without color difference, only the shape, this to define equality.

I personally believe that to change the subject of racism, it must be done from the heart, for this reason I put the heart between the two masks, and that we all have a heart and that sometimes it should be in the head.

The technique.
It is made in Chinese ink on 300 gram professional torchon cotton paper.

Rasheed Samuels is our dear friend who shared his thoughts of the climate of racism & police brutality in his own words. His voice was used by every artist in this release to spread an important message through music: BLACK LIVES MATTER. Why should anyone have to live life in fear, in a state of constant worry, or feel as if the system meant to protect you repeatedly is working against you. We want to thank once again for sharing his raw & very real feelings. This project as a social comment would have never come to fruition without his involvement. We love you Rasheed!

Thankful to have our brother joining us on our premier release. A veteran DJ, Ruslan began his career in 1995. Hailing from Ukraine, he resides in New York, where a constant influx of music inspires him, and he is able to inspire the many dance floors in return. In 2016, he began his passion project, Minim Records, a vinyl only platform. The label allows him to find, fund, create, and release interesting music onto the scene.

was a natural choice when we brainstormed the artists we envisioned on this charity release. We are big fans of his hypnotic beats. Huge thanks to him. 🖤 As much a confectioner on the decks as he is in the studio, Chklte plays with a detailed delicateness that defies his towering stature. With vibrant, seductive blooms and deep, syrupy booms, his subtleties climb into the ear like tendrils. A zealous 15-year-old Jonathan started sneaking into South Texas clubs to DJ after only a year of studying online tutorials & digging countless hours through the music crates the internet had to offer. Six years later in 2012, he became a resident of Austin TX and quickly became a regular guest at much respected local venues.. Fast forward to 2018 - 2019, Chklte is now based between Europe & Texas and is one of the resident DJ’s behind the infamous Blacktone party out of Austin TX which regularly hosts numerous world renowned artists in the likes of Voigtmann, Praslesh, tINI, Herodot, Priku, Alci, Afriqua & many more. The move from Jonathan to “CHKLTE” spurned a series of releases on labels such as Vatos Locos (VL Recordings), Moonfruit (Vinyl Only), Floorpiece Digital, Melotherapy, Vuew, Honne Music & many more. With also forthcoming vinyl only releases set for all of 2020. 📸:

We are so grateful joined in on this charity release from Day 1 without question. The S.A.M. sound has been characterized as cosmic, trippy, spiritual, psychedelic, peaceful, and groovy. It’s the combination of these attributes with the playfully danceable beats and smiling performances that has brought S.A.M. to be one of the most interesting underground acts of today.

Big thanks to for participating in our premier release to help support . Coriesu prides himself on his ability to create original patterns, funky accidentals, and his organic sound application. The journey he creates in his production is original and the vibe unmistakable.

Our dear friend Rasheed Samuels {{ }} lent his voice to our debut project. He was simply asked to share his thoughts & feelings as a black man in America surrounded by all of the atrocities of late. His words hit hard. Every artist involved used his spoken words to create a track which combined his deep emotions with their own feelings about the current racial climate worldwide. What was created from this is truly captivating & emotive. The diverse backgrounds of the artists bring very different feelings to each rendition. Coming July 3rd to our bandcamp page with 100% of the proceeds being donated to . Keep an eye out for more information on the release coming soon.

Introducing . A record label initially thought to be a vinyl-only shared creative outlet between K**e Mayor & Amanda Pazian. With all of the events highlighting racism as of late, after doing our research & educating ourselves more deeply, we had an idea of a way we could contribute, on an ongoing basis. We decided to converge our passion for music with our wanting to contribute to this cause. We decided that we would create digital releases where 100% of the proceeds to be donated to charities. Our first charity we will donate to is Black Visions Collective . Our first release will be a VA coming to bandcamp on July 3rd! Please follow on instagram & find us on Soundcloud for updates and to show your support for our project & this cause. Thank you so much for your love & support 🖤

Our Story

Outré was an idea for a shared creative outlet between K**e Mayor & Amanda Pazian.

They initially wanted to create a vinyl-only label to release artists whose music they both loved and respected. That idea changed drastically in May of 2020 when George Floyd died tragically at the hands of 4 Minneapolis police officers. He was definitely not the first and sadly will not be the last black man to be murdered by police. His death sparked something extraordinary throughout the world that both K**e and Amanda felt on a visceral level. They began to join in on learning about antiracism, police brutality, and racial disparities seen in America and worldwide. They wanted a tangible way to contribute to fighting these injustices. Through this feeling and their passion for music, Outré’s first release was born.

House & Techno, like so many genres of music, were born from the black community. Black artists from Chicago, Detroit, and New York created the heart and soul of the genres we feel so passionate about. Releasing an electronic compilation and giving all proceeds to a charity supporting the black community was a way to pay homage to that and do our part to help end racism and police brutality.

Rasheed Samuels, a close friend of the couple, lent his voice to this project. He was simply asked to share whatever was on his mind about being a black man in America surrounded by all of these atrocities. His words hit hard. A good reminder, that this is just a project to us, but for him & every black person—this is their life, their thoughts, and their feelings day in and day out.
