The Garfield County W**d Board is in search of new members to fill the board. Being on the w**d board you will be able to help make important decisions on how our county w**ds will be maintained, on the roadways and around the county. You will be able to help make decisions on how we hire or contract spray services for the 2024 season. If you are interested in learning more or being a part of the Garfield County W**d Board, we will be having a meeting on December 6th @ 5:30 pm in the County meeting room. If you have any questions before the meeting, please contact the Extension Office at 406-557-2770.

Christmas will be here before we know it. I invite all schools to join in on the fun submissions to the paper. Kindergarten will have a coloring contest (Please look in the comments of this post for picture selections). 1st and 2nd Grade will submit letters to Santa. 3rd and 4th Grade we would like you to draw a Christmas Card Scene. 5th and 6th Grade will be writing poetry.
