Both are a choice. Both come with risk. Which one are you willing to live with? Yes, taking a risk on yourself, on a business, on improvement, on chasing a dream is going to come with risks. It might even come with some failures. But at least you’ll be growing. You’ll be a step closer to the real dream you’ve been building on your Pinterest board and talking about for years. Staying where you are is going to disguise itself as the “safe” option. But staying where you are is going to keep you stuck. It’s going to keep you in old, bad habits. O Jesus, I surrender myself to you. Take care of everything. 🕊️ • • To fully surrender is hard for me. I am someone who has always felt like I had to have the answers, the solution, the control. As a mom, I feel a constant need to always be prepared and “fix” or “help”. As a single mom I feel the need to always play all the roles. • • So when I felt God ask me to trust him and to surrender EVERYTHING to him this year, I was terrified. Being totally transparent, I still have days where it scares me and it’s really hard. But the amount of peace and blessings it has brought me this year to give it fully to him is just amazing.
