Feelings, body sensations, and emotions are signals from your brain about your needs. If you aren't feeling well, you need to look at a needs list and determine what needs of yours are not met. You can then begin to strategize how to meet your needs. Always remember, no particular strategy is required to assist you in meeting your needs, so if you have experienced the loss of a person or avenue by which you previously relied on to meet your needs, know that finding a new avenue is often a part of the way we have to strategize as human beings.
