Addressed it with a static quad stretch and an active quad and hip flexor stretch!
As painful as stretching may be in the mean time, it’s important for our muscle development, recovery & repairing of our muscles that are torn up each time we lift.
Apryll has been trying to avoid getting on the table since I got certified but today we had to do a little 10min session to help her feel just a teeeeny bit better than she felt during the day.
Stretching is great and it’s helpful POST workout most.
Remember to do your preworkout mobility as well ESPECIALLY when your body already feels bothered 🌻
