Testimony 🫶🏽
Something is happening to me 🫢
I got tired of living in confusion and being complacent. I went from thinking it’s okay living in dysfunction to okay something is not right here.

I started looking within and realizing I needed to live for today because tomorrow is filled with uncertainty. That’s where all the anxiety comes from. In grad school I’ve been learning how to be centered with myself and recognizing that we’re all not perfect. God loves every one.

I had my son January 2023 - he’s such a blessing!
I began to realize I want to build generational wealth for my children and their children!
So I decided to pursue my passion in becoming a licensed counselor 🥹
I started in January 2024

Today, I’m realizing through the job I’m working overnight helping people in crisis that change starts with you first but also in your home ☹️

I am so happy I made this decision to work from home so I can be more present and intentional for myself and my family 🥹🙏

I feel Jesus with me as I take those calls. I see areas I can do differently in parenting my children and how I can love people better.

POV is life is so unpredictable but trust God in the now and with the small steps of faith - you will bear much fruit for generations to come 🥹

P.S old picture but I knew 32 would be a shift in my life for the better 🙏 healing is not always pretty but it’s so worth it for God to be glorified for generations to come 🫶🏽👏

- I found this picture while doing a deep cleaning of my apartment a week ago. I don’t think it was by coincidence. My mom is still a fighter. She is my biggest supporter and I thank God for her. She still teaches me a lot through this day. But when I got hold of this picture it reminded me to keep fighting through hardships because that’s what my mom had to do. God showed me that it’s going to be hard sometimes but don’t give up. Keep pressing through.

There’s been so many disappointments and setbacks in my life - but this year I decided to just trust the process and enjoy every second of my life. I’m working hard and resting well as well as enjoying the joys of motherhood. I am so thankful to God for pushing me through everything. So I look to Him where my help comes from and trust in Him. He is my strength and where my joy comes from through what we call life. 💕🥹😊

So this what being restored looks like!!! 🥹 I finally gave up my will for my life after experiencing so much - God has still been so good to me - 32 and beyond is all you Lord - for my kids and family - Mourning only lasts for a night but JOY comes in the morning ☀️ Cheers to new beginnings 💕🙏🎉 Thank you capturing this!!

Taking breaks to unplug is so important- remember God is in control - and Rome was not built in a day. Take the time you need to take care of you so you can serve well in the Lord. Take the time to spend uninterrupted time with God and get rest. Great reminder for myself today ❤️🫶🏽 See you in a week or so 👋

To the one feeling unloved
God loves you
I was in to a cycle for 12 years
God waited for me to learn my lesson
He waited for me to see that He loves me more than anyone could!
He is patient - He is always waiting for us to run to Him like the prodigal sons and daughters 🥹

I’ve been wrong thinking that I could life a life settling for what I thought was right for me.
But this year I’m surrendering it all knowing that I have a God who wants me and loves me and more importantly who FIGHTS FOR ME! 🔥🥹❤️
That cycle is being broken in Jesus name! I am free by His grace!
You can be too if this is for you -

Are you willing to let go and allow God to come in and say “I got you, I will take care of you. You don’t need to worry.”

He wants a relationship with you.

I was journaling my Bible study notes and the Holy Spirit spoke to me about this —- remembering God - remembering His heart - Remembering who I am — it all circles back together in building a stronger relationship with God.

This is a great reminder for all of us to remember how we can make a difference day by day. This is a great reminder on how we can take one day at a time to heal well and live for Christ. Remembering to have a heart of thanksgiving, a heart to remember we need pouring into as we pour into others as well - a heart that in position to receive and give with gratitude.

God is correcting all his people who are trying to seek a life of showing people how godly we can be while our hearts are far from him. He wants us to genuinely seek him and love him. We live in a world where we’re focused on how many followers we have on social media -

But really we need to look at the faithful few

Jesus only had 12 and even though there was Judas — God used each individual for a purpose.

We need to shift our perspective as servants and stop looking at ourselves as influencers - because God is the true one who influences.

God is calling each one of us to serve Him pure heartedly - we are in times where we can become lovers of ourselves and filled with pride.

God wants us to draw closer with our hearts and bring His people out of captivity.

This is my prayer for everyone including myself and family.
