This was a highlight for me. Prime Video said they wanted to focus on "Curated Content" rather than submitted content. As a Result my film and other shorts like mine that weren't Financed by bigger studios were removed from the platform. We were selected to over 10 film festivals and won 4 awards for this project. Now it lives on youtube where they suppress 'Long form" content in the algo.

INDEPENDENT FILMMAKERS most times spend months if not years to see their project to finish! Limited resources, asking for favors and volunteers are just some of the things we have to do to get our film made! Making a film festival or having a NOTABLE platform like Prime Video or Tubi is an accomplishment whether the film is good or bad.

If you love the content or think it's laughable, YOU WATCHED IT to make that determination. That's all we ask. Praise it or criticize it, art is subjective, but DO NOT MAKE LIGHT OF WHAT WE DO! Filmmaking is hard enough with a $100M Budget. Imagine trying to make a film on a $5-10K Budget?

Prime Video has done it already and Tubi is Pushing us out the door. It's not FUNNY, It's SAD.
