In any realm of life there is no shame in doing the thing using whatever source of motivation you can muster

Your kids
Your family
Your job
Whatever

Just make sure you are including yourself in the process

Include yourself in the list of “them” that you do for

There is no shame in using the tools or motivation available to you to get started or get you through

The trap is when we stay in the attachment to the tool

Whatever it may be

We all deserve some grace for where we’ve been and where we are going

It’s all medicine in motion

Just don’t make it a diet forever

I know many may not agree

But so much shame keeping people from doing the thing because of the way it will be judged by the collective

F**k ‘em

Do it

Just make sure that you take yourself along in what beginnings

We focus too much on doing and not enough on being

You don’t have to constantly be under the pressure of having your s**t together

In fact I guarantee your p**p is probably perfectly in a group

We don’t celebrate our place we exist in at this moment enough

If you woke up
Celebrate
If you have a warm bed
Celebrate
If you have running water
A place to store your things
Food in the fridge
A phone to read this on

God the list goes on and on

I bet you could fill pages upon pages of all the things you have achieved and are achieving

You have breathe and a rumble in your heart and that my loves is a lot

You don’t have to always hustle or listen to what others are constantly telling you to do

Sometimes you can just be and celebrate the beautiful life that is in you already

I know we all want more and we want to achieve our goals and get the things or achieve that one thing that will make everything perfect and tie your life together

But right now

My dear souls

You are doing beautiful

You are enough

You are so much more together than you give yourself credit for

You deserve to be celebrated

You’ve made it already

You won the lottery of life

Take a moment to honor the hard work you’ve put into all the moments before

And be gentle with yourself as you move forward

Your doing is a measure of who you are

It is just a measure of how you are doing in this made up game of life we have all signed up for

Don’t let it crush the part in you that makes it all worthwhile

Be gentle

Rest if needed

It may be the moment your greates breakthroughs happen

Outrage is part of our healing.

Don't let anyone try to shuffle you away from your anger.

Anger is a wise, cleansing force alerting you to the truth of your worth and to the truth within you.

It's a necessary step in recovering from being violated, personally and collectively.

Don't rush out of your outrage, listen to it and harness it as fuel for wise, informed action on your own behalf. Your anger is part of your power.

Do what so few dare to do: Give your anger a safe, empathic space to be fully, completely felt. Harness it, listen to it.

To the degree that you allow yourself to do so, is the degree to which you can increasingly own your power without apology.

Anger has so many gifts. Not indiscriminate, projected anger, but the energy of outrage, felt and placed where it truly belongs. Anger has an inner alchemy that heals and isn't contingent on external validation.

Collective female outrage is a nectar that this world needs.

We are the story tellers of a new era

We have begun to rewrite the tales that have been handed down by hurt, neglect, and patriarchal poison

We are the keepers of a new ember

One that has been lost

Buried by the ash and age of thousands of lives that couldn’t do more than just survive

We are the breath of a new children of knowing, of love, of healing

We are the poets who write this story on the parchment of our very soul and it’s expression into being

We are new keepers of the way

We have gone so deep into our own shadow that we found the brilliance of light

Not outside but within

As we blow on this ember the sparks dance into the sky to signal to the world around us

“ here come sit by my fire and let me tell you the story of you….the most beautiful story you will ever here and that was ever written… or left the lips of a lover”

We are the story tellers

And we are writing a new era into existence with each breath

Each heart beat

Each love we bring into awareness

With each lips we kiss

Or stranger we embrace

We are the weavers of wonder

So children of divine light

Let us all sit by the ember we have unearthed in us and let us add it to the fire

So that we may all bask in its warmth and rewrite reality

And what a tale it will be

The hermit

The outlander

The carrier of the light in the unknown

The curse of being one with all and yet disconnected from the world that is presented to us as real

The ripping of the threads that bind us

And the freedom that come from the frayed edges

Madness

The discord of the depths of all the story’s

All the conditions

And to let them burn away as the threads they are

It can be woven into a snare

A trap

Or the greatest tapestry

The hermit

The isolation

The pause

The rest

Has always only been temporary

If we stay too long we dissolve into the landscape and become once again

Part of the palette

Which is truth

Yea

But if one doesn’t embrace the thread they weave throughout the greatest story ever told the they are the unraveling instead of the embracing of the hands at the loom

So that you may be found
