So I wasn’t sure if I was going to share this or not but here goes. I am proud to announce I got my acceptance letter from UT baby!!!! Let’s go 💪🏼💪🏼! Texas is home and has always been home. And this is just more of a reason to go back lol. It was a dream to go to UT. So this is surreal to me. Just sitting here thinking about how proud my mom and sister would be right now. A little back story my 11th grade year I was offered a full ride scholarship to UT and made some really bad choices and ended up dropping out of school completely. The thought of college back then nah pass it scared me because who am I? A no one that’s who. I am not super smart I am not super talented. So I got scared and did what I do best I ran. Here I am about to be 33 in 6 days and I did it y’all I got in!!! I know now that you don’t have to be super smart or super anything you just have to never give up on yourself. So let me be the one to tell you don’t ever stop chasing your dreams just because it doesn’t happen right away doesn’t mean it won’t!

This is Lilly she has been training me for a few month now we did take a short break but she came back a few weeks ago. Let me tell you how proud of her I am she puts in the work and it shows. Her goal was to get strong and in just a few short weeks she has showed she is ready to do this! After she sent me this she told me a memory had popped up from a year ago her Pr was only 175 then after this lift she hit a Pr of 185 👏🏻👏🏻 I’m so proud of her and privileged to be her coach. I started my own fitness journey six years ago, weighing over 200 pounds and feeling out of shape. It wasn't easy, but with hard work and consistency, I lost over 75 pounds and found a newfound love for the gym.

Now, I'm here to help others achieve their own fitness goals. I personalize each program to fit individual needs, because we all have different bodies and goals.

So, if you're feeling discouraged or overwhelmed, just remember that progress takes time and small steps lead to big changes. You have the power within you to achieve whatever you set your mind to!

👋 Hey there!

Are you tired of feeling like you're constantly falling short in your fitness journey? Trust me when I say I understand how frustrating it can be.😓

But here's the thing - you don't have to stress yourself out with tracking every little detail to see progress. You can still get lean and healthy without it!💪

As someone who used to struggle with weight issues and an unhealthy relationship with food, I think the best approach is to keep it simple and sustainable. That's why I want to share some tips that have helped both myself and my clients feel great and achieve their fitness goals without counting calories all day long:

👉🏻 Focus on eating whole, nutritious foods that make your body feel good.

👉🏻 Listen to your body and eat in a way that nourishes you and gives you energy.

👉🏻 Choose foods that are satisfying and enjoyable to eat - that way you won't feel like you're depriving yourself.

👉🏻 Stay active in ways that you enjoy, and aim to move your body every day.

👉🏻 Get enough sleep, rest, and recovery to let your body do what it needs to do.

Thats the funny thing about fitness its so much more then just the gym. Its my therapist, its my friend, its my home! Fitness has made such an impact on my life and changed in in so many ways. It helped me find my confidence again it gave me an outlet when I needed one and to be honest it saved my life on more then one occasion. So heres to crushing some more goals and being strong af!!!
