A little late I know I know. I’ve had a pretty bad kidney infection so I’ve missed a few days in the gym but I’m back to my routine and kinda feeling better today for the first time since last Sunday. Here’s a poorly filmed shot of my deadlifts. I will say switching over to a commercial gym has definitely been something to get use to but the vibes aren’t bad and I kinda like the little outdoor area they have plus the messages aren’t bad.
